Andy, you are not crazy are you ? The legal courts are the ones where the battle has to be won. That will stop the justice dept with messing around with free enterprises. If MSFT fails in the courts, it will embolden the gov thieves and the destroyers of free enterprises. Don't even think about ridiculous suggestions like yours or the ones where GWB is depended upon. That is a cop-out. Win on the merits in the courts and fly high...
