No liquidity on Lundin Oil in North America and they expect Red Sea stockholders to take shares. What a joke.

Libya's Oil Ball Rolling - The Australian, April 26

Libya has got its oil industry moving again. In April 2000 it is stepping up its oil exploration program. It is also taking part in production talks with global oil companies. All this has come about because the burden of US sanctions has been lifted.
Libya's oil chief indicated all this in remarks quoted on 24 April 2000. The speaker was the chairman of Libya's National Oil Corporation. He noted that Libya hopes to sign international agreements within the coming year. Certain legal and political moves are necessary in Libya before things can really move ahead.
