Pat-- I have long had disdain for GG (a couple of years) and the more than charlatan delves into the financial and market aspects like "getting IPO shares of AVNX" as per your note, the deeper his hole. Would you share the reference to his getting IPO shares in AVNX ?? I'd like to verify.

Pat: You wouldn't trust QCOM? Or BRCM? Or NT? Or JDSU? To mention only a few of Gilder's Telecosm picks? And who told you about a "pile of warrants"? Gilder's Letter makes it quite clear why AVNX has been added to his screen. If you have read it, then I am surprised at your conclusions. If you have not read it, then you should. You are a good a researcher and an excellent writer. You message #9687 shows your writing ability. What about your usual thorough research? PLEASE!

Pat: Your post (I'm told he got a pile of warrants (or pre-IPO shares...) was quoted to George Gilder and he responded (quote below). This kind of thing isn't your usual style. I think George Gilder is a far more honorable fellow than you give him credit for. I hope you will refrain from these kind of accusations based on 2nd hand information. IMHO you owe the man an apology. "No it is a total lie. I have absolutely no personal interest whatsoever in AVNX. I do not buy shares, or accept shares in companies that I put on the list. Period."
