So good to have you back. You were missed. I seek your guidance. Bell Canada will soon be seperated from its security blanket, Nortel. It looks like you can buy the most important telco in Canada for under 3x ebitda. seems to good to be true. What is the catch?

Also - what's up with Teleglobe? I have been told its an even cheaper way to get long Bell Canada ex-Nortel.
