Perhaps I don't understand because the details are missing but in my experience - buying Novell software is as easy as navigating to Novell's shopNovell website (http://www.novell.com/shopnovell). Actually, Novell has a very GOOD internet presence in this respect. You can buy anything/everything Novell there.

Or if you prefer, you can surf over to any reseller and purchase Novell software online or via phone. Places like CDW, MicroWarehouse, HardwareStreet.com, BuySoftp.com and more.

So perhaps it must be a case where you needed a Novell SE to come in for a presentation? Or the need was not just buying the software but rather installing/upgrading current servers to the latest Novell OS. In that case, I could see problems since there are many more variables involved. Again, details would be nice for the investors on this board to understand exactly what is going on.
