Jozef: I agree with all that you are saying...The point I was trying to get at was that working through a few examples based upon the Black Scholes model provides some insight into the myriad of variables at play...I don't use it any longer, and haven't for quite a long while, because it proved useful in only non-dynamic situations...Obviously the market is rarely non-dynamic...It did provide me with the comfort of knowing how option prices are determined.
