Also, Elian likes PLAB for the same reason.

Also, for the same reason, "Duh"Bya likes to add to his (already large) holdings in MORON and IDIOT.

See, it's a game two can play at! Wanna continue this? I'm game! <g>

GDP slows ..but employment costs up/ EDIT(s)..

The U.S. economy grew at a 5.4% rate in the first quarter, the government said Thursday, below Wall Street forecasts and the fourth quarter's pace, but the employment cost index ? a measure of labor costs closely watched by Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan ? jumped 1.4 % in the quarter, well above economists? forecasts (of 1.1% ?). Bonds edged lower and stock futures fell after the reports on investor worries about inflation, pointing to a lower open on Wall Street.

Justa, Elain says that if you like PLAB, you might want to look at MASK, which is being acquired by PLAB. Both companies have approved the merger but it is subject to DOJ approval, and Elain says it should be a go. The arbitrage premium fluctuates between 3-12% due to MASK being thinly traded, but is currently around 10%.
