Joe. My guess would be shortly after the filing there will be a shareholders meeting. It is my understanding that only after financials are released can a board be nominated and voted on. This will accompany the filing.

I posted many times on RB about the financials being delayed because of past management. Auditors will not sign off on anything until they are sure it is true. So it was my belief that Maloney and crew were going to be forced to come up with answers.

As far as the "E" goes, I think it will have no real effect other than on penny players. The majority of investors won't have a clue what the "E" is and it will be gone before they come on board. I talked with several brokers who had no idea what an "E" meant. It is not only for OTCBB but rarely happens elsewhere. LGTO got an E recently on NASDAQ. Once financials are out, I believe there will be an influx from brokerages as well.

Historical "NICM" data:

" From 1990 to 1998, the Company reviewed and assisted in the financial planning of assets in excess of $7.1 Billion dollars with cash, qualified money and marketable securities in excess of $1.9 Billion dollars, requesting Registered Investment Advisory ("RIA") services."

In the first quarter of 1999, the Company conducted State Banking Association seminars, compiling data on client banks. Approximately 40% of those institutions have requested the Company to review and provide "RIA" services for their financial institutions."

E-Commerce for Community Banks

" The Company has developed Phase I of the appropriate E-Commerce software application for the delivery of products and services to our community banks."
