I finally got a reply to an email last week this afternoon. I sent them a several page email itemizing my complaints and providing a contact phone number.

In the email, I threatened to tell others about my bad experiences. They addressed that, but didn't bother addressing my complaint.

THEY IGNORED THE TRANSFER ALTOGETHER...

I think they've sold my stock and are stalling to cover their short.

Note that they only typed fifteen words to me that weren't part of their form reply.

They know that they are incompetent!

Yeah. Them 600k new customers sure moved the stock price! Man, a couple of more 600k customers and you may see over $25! Great return on a $72 per share investment.
