So you are saying that Ish's article's claim that Reno/Clinton intentionally avoided Moore is not so--- that he was officially out of the case? And that they were right in getting this warrant. I watched some CNBC last night and things just get less and less clear to me. Everyone has an answer for everything. I am surprised that people seem to think living for 5 months with new relatives would create a strong and permanent bond for a child and could replace the parental bond. I am sure, in the absence of a parent, and having lost his mother, Elian depended on them a great deal in all ways. But the parental bond is such a very strong one on both sides. It's not to be treated lightly. Many of the children I worked with in foster care suffered terribly when separated regrdless of the circumstances. And when they came of age, they wanted nothing more than to get back to their REAL parents. They interviewed the fisherman with the great name last night, the one hiding in the closet with the boy. He has apparently been ubiquitous since the rescue, feels he has a mission. As a parent I'd be so pissed at all these people claiming pieces of my child like that. I think that's pretty odd. Then there was the photographer snapping away while they child was taken. They say he was there in and out from the beginning. The house must have been full of people at all hours. It must have been a zoo, inside and out.
