abusive and inexcusable don't make it something to base international asylum cases on.

Look at the havoc in this country caused by abuse cases and abuse case run amuck(like the McMartin preschool case)- do you want that kind of thing on an international scale? I for one do NOT.

From what I read of the INS guidelines none of this is relevant- and I am very very glad. Even if his grandmother played with his penis every night (and there is absolutely NO evidence of anything, all these allegations are of the most tenuous and insubstantial nature)- it wouldn't be relevant to asylum.
