Cheeky, That's the new paradigm, The Poor Service Industry. I think that you have picked up on a common theme in the internet service industry...it appears that there is an attitude that if they just put up a site, that the job is done. I have posted a number of messages on the "Complaints about Schwab" thread about their service and reliability that included my correspondance with Schwab. Eventually, I moved the majority of my assets to Merrill Lynch because of the lack of reliability in their system and more importantly the fact that they took the attitude that no other OLB was as good as they were. They forgot that some fraction of their customer base would be pissed off about their cavalier handling of service issues and would leave based on that. JXM
