You're calculating long shares to short shares without regard for number of shares owned. Even so, the trend is more short than ever.

Working out the math, there are 47 longs for every short. Not quite what bambs maintained, but not a gross exaggeration either.

Interesting that this "not a gross exaggeration" is about the same degree of difference in the amount of CSCO growth assumed by the bulls and the bears.
