I think the question was "how were you" harmed by this.

Specifically, what legal detriment did you specifically suffer and the dollar value, please.

You may have a tort law case. <g>

"sneakily ensuring Netscape worked less well..."

Even the judge commented that Netscape works very well within Windows. MS did NOTHING to prevent it from working well.

Most Netscape users appreciate that IE comes with Windows so that they can open IE to download Netscape onto their new system. You still haven't explained how monopoly power has forced you to use IE. "You were saying?"

Netscape 4.7 is working fine on my computer. As a matter of fact, I use it for 95% of my browsing. I am writing this using Netscape while I am simultaneously using IE5 to view streaming quotes from datek. So you see, I have the best of both worlds and I can, and do, use both browsers simultaneously every day. I find that datek streamer loads faster with IE5 and there are a few other web sites that seem to work better with IE5 but my preferred browser is netscape 4.7. I certainly don't feel harmed by having an alternative to netscape.
