why? what about nudists? does nudity imply sex to you? men can take advantage of children while clothed- they only need to undo their own zippers, and they don't even really need to do that for certain kinds of abuse.

I expect an adult to be 'fully clothed' while bathing a child. I can just see it... me at one end of the tub, my daughter in the other, pushing her toy boat back and forth, with me fully clothed. Not very practical. Bathing a kid is easier when it's fun, and when it's fun the parent gets wet. Do you really think that the sight of a naked parent harms a child? I don't get the feeling that you have much experience of children.
