Apollo,

Note your (as usual) unerringly accurate prediction in that post: "[the RMBS] share appreciation that ultimately comes will be slower, more guarded, and at a lower slope than would have occurred had Camino been launched and Intel followed thru on its promises." That's what happened earlier this year, right? <GGG>

If you're dredging up RMBS port-mortems, BTW, you shouldn't forget this one:

And lest anyone think Apollo is the only one who got, um, a bit ahead of himself, let's not forget the rest of the pied pipers leading the way into the chasm...

Ya know, I think it was right about then that we all started to get really excited about some other pretornado wonder... was gonna be huge someday, couldn't miss, yadda yadda yadda. can't remember the name, had to do with tv or something...

Anyone who hasn't read his classic post-mortem on his Rambus investment, for example, should check it out and
memorize it.

Post-mortem on Rambus? Since that "post-mortem" report, my Rambus stock is up about 250%! If Apollo is my surgeon and he pronounces me dead, I want a second opinion! :-)
