Ted, Did he say preparatory to a split? Yes. He said that give the rise of the stock price, they want to be prepared to be able to split, because the small investors may not be able to buy round lots if the stock price is too high. He said it was too late to add it to the proxy we got, so the officially adjourned the meeting to resume sometimes in may in California, after the proxies are in. I am not sure if the proxies will ask about the split, or only on the increase of the number of authorized shares. Joe
