You have the decision to bundle NSCP browser with any other OS you sell. MSFT LEAVES THE DECISION UP TO YOU. You calculate and find that you can save much more money by separating where you place or bundle said browsers, voila, YOU THE COMPUTER MANFACTURE MAKES A BUSINESS DECISION BASED ON ECONOMICS -JUST AS GREENSPAN AND THE FMOC DOES WITH INTEREST RATES. IT'S THE WAY AMERICA WORKS!!! Check and see how much money SUNW, ORCL, AOL, IBM donated to Clinton's re-election campaign and then check and see how much MSFT donated. You may get a better picture of how American politics works. We the people were never harmed by how MSFT does business. If you the consumer feel you were harmed by the way MSFT does business you may want to check and see the way other business make money off the consumer before you issue your complaint. MSFT out-marketed it's competitors time and time again. In the beginning we the consumer had the opportunity to purchase any of MSFT's competitors products but chose Windows or, more correctly other businesses chose, MS-WINDOWS. The DOJ should of figured that out before they got bent on playing big brother Dudley Do Right! They've done nothing more then put all of us in potential harms way with our pension's. Once those fund managers change their direction it will take another act of congress to get them to go back into MSFT and Clinton will go down as the president who save us from the big bully and Gore will go down in an elections year.
