I use PC Action as well...same problems as most here associate with NetAction.

The amusing thing is PCaction is being phased out this month and people are being forced to NetAction

This is probably the cause of the "good service"... far less users.

A couple of points;

From a business prospective, you can't expect a firm to have manpower sitting around all year or possibly for years just so that when that crazy spike of activity comes, we don't have to wait for our trades to go through. Over the past few months we had everyone and their grandmothers trading. Clearly some lessons were learned with this recent correction.

I believe the reasons that things are better now is because of the rule changes in respect to reviewing orders and training of personnel, and of course, the decreased volume.
