The Queens-Long Island Medical Group's complaint is a straight forward suit based on breach of contract, fraud, and conversion. The plaintiff believes, among other things, that Healthcorp was a sham corporation created solely for the personal gain of defendants Gamble and Schmitz. Also, despite what the mysterious Mr/Ms Mays says, the damages sought far exceed $2 million. can I safely conclude that you've seen more of the complaint on file?
