MEDIA RELEASE

Commonwealth Energy Corp. ("Commonwealth" or "the Company") has completed the drilling of the Driscoll #22-19 well on the Company's Madren Draw Prospect in Weston County, Wyoming. The well was drilled to a depth of 5,528 feet.

Based on well-site samples and electric logs, the consulting engineers Allen & Crouch Petroleum Engineers advised that there were no zones of commercial potential. Therefore, the Company has made the decision to plug and abandon the hole.

Dale,

1. I think CWQ paid up for the TV well - I sure have that impression.

2. I think Wyoming is a water well.

3. I too hear good things about Ekho - although the "shrill" (the shrill ones only) Trillers are still idiots - although possibly lucky ones - I know they are idiots - the shrill ones - and I hope they are lucky.
