three new Vice Presidents to its management team.

Bruce Kay, Vice President Customer Service, brings 25 years experience in customer service and management, having held
senior positions at Dell Computer Corporation (NasdaqNM:DELL - news; Canada), Xerox Canada Inc., and Data General
Canada Inc. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Information Technology and Infrastructure at EDS Innovations Inc.
(formerly SHL Systemhouse). Kay will develop and aggressively implement innovative solutions and service partnerships for all
WaveRider products, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the industry.

Stephen Roche, Vice President Finance, brings 25 years private and public sector experience in financial management. He has
held senior positions at Caremark Ltd., Etobicoke General Hospital, Home Care Program for Metropolitan Toronto and a
major retail organization in the U.K. In his new position, Roche is responsible for implementing and managing financial policies,
procedures and processes required to support WaveRider's continued growth.

James Chapman, Vice President Strategic Alliances, brings over 20 years in high tech management. He has held senior
positions with IBM Canada Ltd., Crowntek Inc., Grid Systems Inc. and SIRIT Technologies Inc. In this new position,
Chapman will drive WaveRider to strategic relationships with global enterprises, boldly expanding the future vision of today's
wireless Internet solutions.
