Value the company by the sum of the parts. Very Very conservatively I come up with $150 per share.

Steve-I agree that the acquisitions will make Luminent a stronger IPO. One thing about the call troubled me and maybe I just missed something: Edmund stated more than once that revenue growth for the remainder of 2000 would be of a modest sequential nature. It was also stated that we have achieved just in Chatsworth and FOCI capacity increases from 35,000 sq. ft. to 305,000 sq. ft. Then in one of the new acquisitions they were ramping production from 35000 units currently to 200,000 by year-end. How does one reconcile this production increase with "modest sequential growth"?
There was also no mention of the new products which were shipped in Q1 or early in Q2. Do we have any prospects for accelerouter or wirelsss fiber driver or our subscriber management system? Edmund made the statement that there would be an acceleration of
"growth in revenues in 2001 just as we have promised";
my notes indicate that such growth was promised for the second half of 2000. We seem to have technology in the sweet spot of the market but the payday for shareholders will be much more certain when real sales of product take place. Let's hope that it happens before Lucent, JDSU et al have secured the business.
