ROTI interesting. ROTIP ROTIW and ROTIZ are these all still trading as well?

Have you seen any lines in the filings as to looking for a merger or acquisition?

To ALL interested in the telecommunications industry...

*ATTP Alert* - I understand their PR firm is gearing up. Apparently several key acquisitions are the driving force behind this growing telecommunications company.

ATTP has a small float and is SEC Fully reporting.

** IMPORTANT **
KEY ACQUISITIONS and GROWTH... These acquisitions indicate PROFITS possibly as early as THIS QUARTER (2Q ending 6-30-00), IMO from what I read in the 10-K. Growth through acquisitions and deployment of the AMR technology (joint venture with Link-Two) appear to be very significant.

Watch ATTP closely. Study the SEC filings. Talk to your investment advisor. Make well informed decisions.

The stock price is not racing up... at least not yet. But if/when it starts to move, you want to have all the information you need to make your best decision.

BRIEF BUSINESS SUMMARY:
ATTP operates in two related areas of the wireless telecommunications industry and is growing both internally and through acquisition of related companies.

1) ATTP sells wireless telecommunications products and services through retail stores, currently marketing telecommunications products and services for major wireless carriers and vendors, including Sprint PCS, Nextel, Nokia Corp., Motorola, Ericsson, Bell South Wireless Data, Page-Mart, Comsat Mobile Communications and Globalstar Telecommunications Co.

2) ATTP has also formed a joint venture with Link-Two Communications. Link-Two offers nationwide service with two-way digital messaging on a wide area network. The joint venture involves the development of an Automatic Meter Reading service (AMR). The network supports conventional paging as well as the "smart" utility meter technology which can read utility meters automatically and remotely without physical entry into a residence or business. This AMR service is in Beta testing. Link Two is the largest customer of Eagle Wireless International (AMEX: EAG). EAG's other customers include Motorola, Pac-Tel, Scientific Atlanta, Bell Atlantic, Metrocall, ProNet, Pacific Bell, SkyTel, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
