private property
Missing perhaps because in it's current usage it is a vague term. Pretty much all liberals believe in the "A man's home is his castle" concept. Where we may disagree has to do with the permanance of land and the environment. The land will be here long after we die, so the right to private property does not extend to the destruction of that land (It's my place so I can pour toxic chemicals where I want, or It's my place so I can kill all the animals on it, etc.). The right to private property is a stewardship, not a license for abandon.
