What are good investments for gold? I was considering ABX, what are some of the risks buying this stock at the current level? they seem to have flattened out as you say, but are there any inherent risks in their business model (if one were to play the devil's advocate here)? It seems to me more and more that the DOW kind of stocks will see the down side first from the interest rate prospects.

that observation has become a focal point of some of my studying, and I thank you for it.

EDIT: shortly before they reach their inflection point, you usually get a spike in the existing trend, as the early position takers
based on fundamentals get squeezed out
