Joe,

The US probably has 99% of the world's startup electronic companies. The laws here make it very lucrative. In Europe, startups are almost unheard of because of the very restrictive labor and stock laws.

In France and Italy, engineers wait in line for a limited number of jobs. In the US, we can't bring foreign talent in fast enough to meet demand.
