drbailey, as an ex-lawyer who is complaining about amorality, deceit and trickery, why don't you share your opinion about the morality of these posts. And then, after you have commented on the morality of these posts, show me one example of equivalently amoral posts by the so-called bashers.

But you're right. They play a mean game in this town, although I'd like to think your average NYorker is actually a softie at heart. You know...just like a porcupine...all prickles and attitude on the outside; but on the inside there beats a heart.

It's just tough getting through to it sometimes. This probably comes from living in the human equivalent of an ant hill.

Anyway, you're right...I don't agree with the amoral aspects of things. I was being a wee bit tongue in cheek. Still, it pays to be mindful of the way things are. It tends to minimize the possibility of being blind-sided a la hockey checks into the walls style.
