MSFT won't accept the break-up; don't go that far yet. This is a long battle into the 4th innings out of 9.

Johnd, I agree with you on that.

My point was simply that the worst case scenario is not as bad as it could be. For that reason, I think the stock will go up from here.

I still feel MSFT will win on appeal.
However, the breakup remedy is not as severe as it could have been.
That is what i mean by win win scenario.

In the coming days, the stock should go up!!!
