My point was simply that the worst case scenario is not as bad as it could be. For that reason, I think the stock will go up from here.

Not exactly, I have heard, but have not read, that MS would not be able to retain any IP under the DOJ suggestion. This would mean the value of the company would be zero. This is less than $70.

T2, With MSFT guiding 2% revenue growth and 5% EPS growth, how can I be hopeful for the short term?

If it heads up that will be great. But unless Rick Sherlund comes out and says it should trade above 65-70, I won't be hopeful. He is the one (whether you like it or not) money managers listen to. He may come out after June Q report.
