Although there are some gifted and talented members of the team, the typical teacher in America does not represent the educated elite of our society. My observation of them is that many are barely able to cover a text book with their students even though they have a curriculum guide that coaches them through the instruction of every page. The problem with our school system doesn't rest on these people, Thank God.
