I sold my gorilla, MSFT, the second greatest (luckiest, really) investment that I had ever made up to that point, very soon after the antitrust trial was announced. It's entirely a political matter. If you think that justice always triumphs then you hold on because MSFT's transgressions weren't that important. I happen to think that our civilization is not yet that advanced; justice does not always triumph. Behind the scenes power was and is exerted by Microsoft's many enemies; that's what I think. I also think that people are sentenced for crimes they did not commit. Everyday? No, of course not. But sometimes. Human beings just recently climbed down out of the trees. For a historical look, read the Supreme Court decision about Dred Scott in 1853. I'm surer than ever that MSFT will be unfairly treated, without recourse.
P.S. I'm a programmer. I much prefer Unix to Windows. But I think MSFT made a tremendous contribution to the world's technology by establishing a standard language for most people using most computers on most of the problems. There is no tower of Babel any more. What an advance! Bill Gates should be awarded prizes, honours etc. Instead he is hounded by little people with power.

For those interested, the NYTimes has a large portion of today's Business Section devoted to MSFT...probably five full pages.
