I'm going to try one more time to explain to you the facts of life.

You enter the world through the birth canal with absolutely *no* natural rights. Zip, zero, nada. Rights are whatever powers to control your own life that the powers-that-be cede to you. The powers-that-be include, among others, the big kid down the block, any armed individual or group, and national, state, and local governments. If the government of Cuba or China says their people have no rights and the government has the power to back it up, then they have no rights. Rights, in this world at least, are purely a societal construct, not something we're born with like ears and noses. It's not possible to think through this Elian issue clearly without recognizing that.
