I like FON here because there is upside regardless of the deal going through or not. If it does, the collar provides upside to 76 as long as WCOM is between 40 and roughly 53. (above WCOM 53 3/8 there is upside to 76 for FON) If the deal fails, then FON is back in play. I think the deal goes through but I like the natural hedge with FON here.
