Sure brings back memories. Looks like some of the wealth effect may have made it over Hoosier pass. About Alma's Only Bar, as I mentioned before, it's been for sale for at least the last 20 years. That place kept me fed, well, in a manner of speaking, for a year while I built my cabin. While we're on the subject of Colorado, keep MTN (Vail Associates) on your watch list. With two bad snow years, the chances of a third in a row are low. I am looking for a double by the end of the year with a good early snowfall in September.
