We are witnessing here the Death Spiral of perhaps the most famous .com entity yet to go down in flames. The Lawyers from the Underwriters of MP3.Com and Class-Action Lawsuits from Investors are going to drag this turkey down below $1 soon. Regardless of any damages awarded to the RIAA, this turkey is done. The Vultures are already starting to circle this carcass and the pressure from Short Sellers, Lawyers, Disgruntled Investors, and Furious Underwriters will tank this stock below water in no time. Stick a fork in MPPP. It's DONE.
