My argument is with the decision making process. The guys on the ground were going by the book. We should re-examine that book. btw, the people recruited for those commando jobs are rejected if their IQs are too high. They want people who will not question orders. I would love to know the real reason they stormed the house. That was a high risk operation. The child's welfare was obviously not the issue. Then what was it? Did Castro threaten another Mariel boatlift? If so, Clinton must have had nightmares of Carter II as his legacy. He risked killing the kid to avoid comparisons with Carter, imo.
