So for the next few years, msft's stock performance will be driven not by the co's sales or earnings performance or new products, but by legal motions, various hearings, and legal/appellate proceedings and milestones, as well as new lawsuits to be filed by MSFT's competitors and fmr competitors. Sounds like a great "buy" to me. <gg>

This is now a stock for lawyers, not for technology investors, imo.

Glenn, it is obvious that you don't like the behavior of MS, but you should like the stock, it is at
or near the most undervalued stock in NYSE/NASQ.

Chung,

The behavior of a company is no longer a criteria in the way I invest. It use to be until I lost 25% of my networth and took two years to obtain it back. Playing this long is likely wise and I will likely do that.

Thank you for your post.
