The efforts to prop-up any currency (dollar including) will never work, Euro (and Union) was always a joke, that is why it is falling even against Yen, probably yuan too..,g>

PS BTW Russia can't be even mention in the same sentence with any of the Asia'n country, not even as a joke...<g>
