Everyone wants to know that, but the First Encounter appears to be Shrouded in Mystery.

It seems that Steve Bradford worked in Maricopa County in 1996. Steve's very into Jesus and stuff, and so may have met Jeanette that way, or perhaps they had other mutual interests.

Only a guess, though.

Jeanette Wilcher has used 7 different soc. security nos. & was born 7/1/1951 according to page 5 of this document filed a few weeks ago:

This document apparently relates to a $15 k debt owed by Wilcher from 1991 in Minnesota. Looks like the bank there is trying to catch up with her?

Anyway, this document has interesting new details on her that we previously didn't know.
