So this is the "I know what is best for you and I'm going to make you live that way" argument? Ummm...in reality, at some point some ADULT will be making that choice FOR Elian. He is a 6 year old boy. No parent has absolute dominion over a child but where and how they live is up to the parent unless the parent is unfit, neglectful, cruel, etc. The question in this case is who speaks for Elian? His father, the lawyers, the looney-tune relatives, a court-appointed guardian?
