How much $$$ could GBLX get for the ILEC business in a sale?

If they sell the ILEC business, what assets will remain from the Frontier acquisition?

This is interesting, especially as it relates to GlobalCenter
(nee ISI, nee Frontier-GlobalCenter). When
Frontier acquired GlobalCenter, it was a boon for them, GC,
because they suddenly had long-haul cross-country fiber
and the SONET infrastructure to go with it. This allowed GC to grow fast. That was sort
of "side-pocket" for Frontier. Now, if GBLX spins off the
ILEC portion, the Frontier ILEC, does the long haul fiber
net stay with GBLX ?? (and with GlobalCenter until that is IPO'd)
