i expect them to revisit some of these spinoff actions so frequent in bb stocks the past couple of years. seems an interesting shell game that leaves shareholders holding the bag is more descriptive in most cases. this is one of three i've been involved in where the assets of the company were spun off with cries of "publicly trading status to follow". hasn't happened with any of them that i've seen. i'd say the sec has given them all enough time to meet their commitments. to those that successfully did so i say bully! to those that didn't follow-thru i have no sympathy. time is on the shareholders' side. the sec may be slow but they're always out there kicking over stones. i am personally happy to have been a recipient of those spinoff shares and not the issuer! cheers.
