Are projects with very high rate of return of 40-60% a good enough reason to get involved? I think Yes. There are a few of these available with the stocks selling at 50%+ discount of net present value. It will not take a lot before the market make some adjustement.

BTW, if gold moves to $330 and silver at $6, many mid-tiers and seniors will already have stock performance of 50-100%. So you will be kind of late if you only start buying then.

I agree. But until further news, PFN is overvalued. Of course, with more good results, it could rapidly become fairly valued and possibly undervalued. That is the game in exploration. But it is not a PGM's only affair. A discovery will move a stock no matter what metal(s) is discovered as production remains very far in the future.
