Island (Buy Orders)/(Sell Orders)>1:2 now. This is the first time this has happened since the run up to apx 160 right before the Nazdaq crashed.

All: not that I believe it, but regarding the rumor of NOK purchasing QCOM, does the US not have a "not in the national interest" rule that prevents foreign companies from taking over companies like QCOM that have key technologies?
