Perhaps theirs were issued first. We don't know. The point is that if the only basis you have for calling the man a "deadbeat dad" is that he didn't get here soon enough, you have absolutely nothing. There is absolutely no tangible evidence - such as repeat DWI convictions (strong evidence of a chronic drinking problem) and repeated treatment for stress-related illnesses - that the man is not a competent father. Except that he's Cuban, which you don't like.
