Being a native of Florida, I don't find this post at all amusing. However, Florida is full of old people and the Republican party has taken Florida hostage. (Hell, they even elected one of the Bush (intelligence impaired) brothers as governor, so I can see why they would allow something like this to happen. As long as their money isn't threatened they don't give a damn about what happens to the planet. If it weren't so tragic, it would be humorous about a load of garbage traveling around the world until some idiots decide they will accept it. I even remember reading about this years ago when it first started its travels. Too bad it didn't wind up back where it started.
