now that you mention it........

My wife recently bought a 40$ landscaping program (comes with a 20$ rebate offer). She can plug in everything: the position of every bush (real or theoretical) in the back yard, the slope of the driveway. Then she can view it in 3D, from any position. Really cool. But it runs really slowly, on our home computer (which was state-of-the-art when I bought it 4 years ago). I added memory, which helps a bit. What it really needs is a better graphics accelerator chip. Might as well just get a new PC, she says, so you can look at your stocks on the old one, while I'm deciding where the water garden looks best......

I concede the point.

Dear BG: You have hit upon an OUTSTANDING idea. All the box makers should GIVE AWAY a $20 game to anyone wanting a computer or has one more than 1 year old!! Would really stimulate sales. Why dont you send your idea in to each of the companies? JDN
