As I said, haqi, when aroused, is sometimes too vehement, too violent, in his expression. However, it is not that hard to parse: "Keep being nasty to Pro-life, and I will take such offense that I will take the gloves off when arguing with you, wherever we may cross swords." She may deny that she had crossed the line with Prolife, but there are those who disagree......

Am I the only one around here who thinks abortion will never be made illegal? Pro-lifers like haqi and dan will never get their wish and pro-choicers like E are being overly fearful. The law will never change. After all, Reagan became president just 7 years after Roe when public opinion was still malleable and he could do nothing about it. Does anyone think that now, 27 years later with a hardened public opinion, anything is going to change?

Lawmakers will never enact a law that is sure to cause anarchy and rioting in the streets.

<edit:> Wouldn't that be kind of fun though? If the riots weren't too out of hand, that is.
