Thankfully just the subway Enigma. I am now to the persuasion that it will be neither gold nor silver nor any of the pgm's that will be the real catalyst for a metals rally, although supplies for all of these, especially the pgm's continue to tighten.

It will be the base metals that lead the breakout. Copper already sits at 82 cents a pound and zinc is rising too as supplies dwindle. Lead on underrated ones.

The Euro is selling off again as are most European currencies. Their hope is that the US will remain strong. But what happens if the Bear deepens in US equities? Where does investment capital turn to then? Was yesterday's move in the XAU a signal?
